Deadlines

These special hotel rates are available until September 1, 2009. However either hotel may run out of available rooms at the Conference rate before that date. You must be registered for the Conference and mention Colorado Association of Home Builders & the Rocky Mountain Builder Conference to make your reservations.

Reservations will require a deposit at the time you call. Cancellation at any time will result in loss of your deposit. This is hotel policy, and there are no exceptions.
